When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the information you provide: name, phone number, email address, city, and details about your project. We also collect basic technical data (pages visited, device type) through standard analytics tools.
We use your information to respond to your request, provide estimates, schedule and perform work, send service communications, and — only if you separately opt in — send marketing messages. We do not sell your personal information.
Text messaging consent is collected in two separate categories: transactional/customer-care messages and marketing/promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors, vendors, and partners is excluded from this only as needed to perform the services you requested.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate (e.g., our CRM and messaging platform), with insurers/adjusters at your direction as part of a claim, and where required by law.
